Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100.
How long will delivery take?
Once shipped, orders within the U.S. typically arrive in 5–10 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and order size.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No. Orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No, we require a valid street address for delivery.
What happens if my tracking number isn’t updating?
Tracking updates may take up to 3 business days after shipment. If your tracking hasn’t updated beyond that, please contact us for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order is already processing and cannot be modified.
What should I do if my package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
First, check with neighbors or your household. If it’s still missing, contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.
Can I cancel my order after the 1-hour window?
After 1 hour, orders are already being processed and cannot be canceled. You can still request a return once the order arrives.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size, color, or product you want.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the cost and provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us immediately. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item at no extra charge.
What if my item is returned used or damaged?
If items are not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund instead of a full one.
How do I start a return?

How long does it take to get my refund?
